Trumbull Vehicle Park Stickers which permit use of Town parks will be available for pick-up by Trumbull residents in the Town Hall Annex (5892 Main Street) Mondays through Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Motor vehicle registrations must be presented at time of sticker issuance to prove Trumbull residence.

Vehicle stickers limit the use of park facilities to Trumbull residents and taxpayers and are issued on private passenger, combination and camper plate vehicles. Commercial vehicles are excluded from our parks by ordinance.

The stickers are valid for a two-year period ending June 30, 2010, and are issued for use on private passenger, combination, and camper plate vehicles. Use of swimming areas will continue to require display of a driver's license identification with a Trumbull address. Contact the Recreation Department at 452-5060 with any questions, and to ask about obtaining park stickers for child-care providers and guests, and permits for use of local parks for picnics.

Adult Early Bird

Early bird swim is offered at the Hillcrest Middle School indoor pool year-round, Monday through Friday, from 6 A.M. - 7:15 A.M.

Sprinkler Lots

Indian Ledge Park – 10:00 A.M. - dusk
Beach Memorial Park – 10:00 A.M. – dusk

Swimming Pool Schedule - Summer 2009

Note: Outdoor pools are currently closed until the Summer 2010 season

Children under twelve years of age must be accompanied and supervised by an adult, eighteen years or older. All persons must show proof of Trumbull residency to enter the pool.

Beach Pool: Beach Pool will be open May 23rd through June 19th from NOON until 6 P.M. Summer pool hours, beginning June 20th , will be from 10 A.M. until 8 P.M. Beach will also remain open for night swim on Tuesday and Wednesday until 10 PM. Beach Pool will close September 7th, 2009, Labor Day, at 6 P.M.

Tashua Pool: Tashua Pool will be open daily beginning June 20th from 10 A.M. until 8 P.M. Tashua will also remain open for night swim on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings until 10 P.M. Tashua Pool will close September 7th, 2009, Labor Day, at 6 P.M.

Teen Night:
Tashua Pool—Wednesday 8-10 P.M.
Beach Pool—Thursday 8-10 P.M.

Special Needs Swim: Beach Pool will remain open from 8-10 P.M. on Mondays for special needs swim.

Rules at Tashua and Beach Pool: Bathing suits only (no cut-offs, T-shirts, or Bermuda shorts allowed). Flotation devices of any kind are prohibited. Back dives and diving from the sides of the pool will not be permitted. No running or horseplay allowed. No smoking, beverages, food, gum, coolers, water bottles, or water guns will be permitted in the fenced area. Untrained children must wear swim diapers (this includes Tashua kiddie pool.)
